We’re a lean, fast-growing B2B wholesale company that supplies high-demand electronic accessories in bulk to corporate buyers, distributors, and major retailers. We’re founder-led, profitable, and expanding fast with a big opportunity in front of us.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Corporate Wholesale Sales Lead to take full ownership of our B2B sales engine: converting warm leads into large orders, managing the early sales team, and building scalable systems to support growth.
• Have 5+ years of B2B or corporate wholesale sales experience
• Are confident closing bulk deals of $50K+ with procurement teams, buyers, or distributors
• Have hired, coached, or managed salespeople — even in a small team setting
• Are hands-on with CRM systems and outbound tools (we use Zoho CRM)
• Want to lead sales strategy, process, and execution, not just hit quota
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: from inbound inquiry to large-volume close
• Build scalable outreach and follow-up workflows using our CRM
• Develop sales processes, pricing models, and reporting structure
• Convert website inquiries and inbound leads into bulk corporate orders
• Hire, train, manage, and grow the sales team as volume increases
• Represent the company in key client meetings (some travel required)
• Report weekly on sales KPIs, forecast accuracy, and team performance
• 5+ years of corporate or B2B wholesale sales, with large-order experience
• 5+ years of team leadership, mentoring, or player-coach experience
• Track record of working in fast-paced, resource-lean environments
• Strong communication, follow-through, and data/reporting skills
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working onsite and going all-in during high-growth periods
• Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Structure, depending on experience
